Floral Skirt and lace top from Varga

Adorable two-piece outfit from Varga. Skirt is size small. Brand is Jaycee. Made in USA Waist is 26-27 but can be tightened with the attached tie Length is 17 “. Short and flouncy Lace top is stretchy and comfortable. Size says “one size” meant to be worn snug. My daughter was size 4-6. Worn on or off shoulder. Top to bottom is 13” but the front ties can be adjusted to make this very short if desired.
