Floral Skull Print Blouse

This cute chiffon blouse has roll up sleeves, a split back, and a cute V-cut detail on the chest. I typically wear a size S but because it has such a nice flow to it, it can fit size S-M. Bought on Haight Street in San Francisco, posted on H&M for visibility.
