Floral Sleeveless Cocktail Dress

Plenty by Tracy Reese Cocktail Dress. V-Neck, sleeveless, back zipper. Purple and pink flowers with a black background. Thick material, not incredibly stretchy, but a true size 4 and works for someone with a larger bust. Very flattering shape/style. Has belt loops, but the belt is missing. Could be worn with or without one. Loops could also be easily removed.
