Floral Sleeveless Dress

Navy and floral short dress with a sweetheart neckline. It has navy buttons at the top and has elastic in the back so it’s very flexible. I am 5’3 and this dress falls well above my knees. It does have an insert at the top to help grip the skin so it will not fall easily.
