Floral Smocked High Low Dress

This dress was purchased from Francesca’s and never worn, new with tags! (Didn’t fit and I missed the return window). The high low hem on this is really cute and unique as it peaks in what looks like a slit that should hit right above the knee on the left side. The smock top is ultra flattering, and allows the sleeves to be pulled up or off the shoulder for versatile styling.
