Floral Smocked Waist Dress

Very dainty and bright stretchy waist smocked dress. Between knee & Calf length on me and I'm 5'5". Has square neck elastic. plenty of room in chest. Tie at hem of sleeves. Fabric is kind of heavy weight, but cool for summer.
