Floral Strapless Swim Dress - Black and Pink

WHBM Elegant strapless dress featuring a vibrant floral design. Perfect for a stylish day at the beach or pool and transition into the nightlife. Material is soft and very forgiving. size small, but has enough stretch for medium size. I'm 5'1", and it hit the floor. Bought it, but it's too long and, unfortunately, a little too big for me.
