Floral Summer Dress 💐3/$15

Beautiful Navy blue/gold floral dress with elasticized waist, ruffled bottom and bell sleeves. Lightweight cotton material makes it very cool. Bought at boutique, Size S. I cut tag at neck out, however care instruction tag attached. I wore with a yellow scarf tied at waist, as to me it needed a little something😉Message for details.
