pifflemissile how long is this dress from the shoulder to bottom?

jordwag @pifflemissile the straps were taken in, so right now it measures approximately 38”, but if I let the straps out it would add another 4”. So if you’re still interested in it, just let me know if you’d like me to let the straps back out or keep them as is. Thanks for your interest!
