casaveli @sarahnh99 hey! Sorry this took so long, the fabric is 97% cotton/ 3% spandex and the lining is 100% polyester. The measurements are approx 25” 24” 27” , but it was a little difficult with the fabric hanging and it no longer fits me.

casaveli @sarahnh99 I completely understand, it’s the worst when an online purchase doesn’t fit. But the brand is B. Smart and the bust measurements are 27” , the length from top to bottom of the entire dress is 39”, the straps are about 6.5” of that. The waist where the belt is is 25” , and the hips measure 41” . Let me know if this was helpful.
