The top layer is a sheer navy blue with a pink & white floral print. The dress is sleeveless; it has a collar & (5) faux Pearl buttons in front that button to the waist. There is a belt at the waist & the dress flairs from the waist to the hem. The dress is sheer at the shoulder & there is a side zipper for easier on/off. This dress is preloved in awesome condition. spbstore @thedressonjess Hello! Sorry that I really can’t say. I trusted the label that lists it as a Size Large. I included the measurements in hopes that it would help, & the bottom portion of the dress is not form fitting (allowing for a more comfortable fit).
