Beautiful floral dress from Talbots. Perfect for spring and summer. Has flowy short sleeves and is fully lined. The background is cream with a black and blue floral pattern. Measures 42.5” from top of shoulder to bottom of hem but will be slightly shorter on due to the gathered waist. Measures 20.5” pit to pit. Has only been worn a couple times. No spots, stains, or holes.
