Floral Thigh Slit Sweetheart Off Shoulder Dress

Beautiful and SO flattering! Two thigh slits, flowy and soft, straps can be worn on or off shoulder. Has a little stretch in the back so could work for a small or medium. Brand new, never worn, but tag fell off (tag holder is still there).
