Floral Tie Blouse With Pleated Sleeves

Sheer, tie-waist blouse with pleated 3/4 sleeves and floral print. A great shirt to dress up for work or dress down with black skinny jeans. I love it, but barely wear it because the sleeves don’t button at elbow for me (I’ve got massive arms though 🤷🏻‍♀️). Comes from home with three dogs so there WILL be dog hair.
