Floral Tie Cropped Top

This top is a Miss Selfridge top. It has never been worn. The color is light blue with red, green, white and blue flowers beautifully scattered throughout the top. It has a beautiful tie on the left side of the top. The other side of the top stays fastened with a unnoticeable button to keep the top closed. The sleeves are puffy allowing for extra room.
