Floral Tiered Pink Skirt

This Caution to the Wind pink floral skirt is so cute. The ruffle tiers are adorable and the length is perfect for work or play. I loved pairing it with a big sweatshirt with doc for a transition to fall look. The tag says large, but fits more like a medium imo. The waist measures at approximately 13” unstretched and the length is about 18.5”
