Fruitful Bouquets Textile Floral Upholstery Burlap 66" x 55" Cut Fabric Vintage 1960s Mid Century Home Decor. Beautiful, heavy-duty upholstery fabric featuring bouquets of flowers and fruits in colors of red, orange, yellow ochre, avocado green, and deep eggplant on a creamy beige background. Measures 66 inches long (approximately 1.83 yards) x 55.75" wide selvage to selvage. It is an unbranded large piece that feels like burlap style upholstery fabric. Fiber content is unknown, but feels like synthetic blend, almost plastic-y. It has a very stiff woven texture, yet a smooth sisal/jute finish on the right (visible) side. The wrong (hidden) side feels like it may have had a finishing treatment -- unfortunately it is now a bit flaky due to its age. Estimated to be from the 1960s-70s. In excellent vintage condition. No stains or holes noted. Consider using to make covers for cushion seats, indoor bench cushion, floor cushion, or a small ottoman. This fabric would be ideal for sofas and chairs, however there's not enough fabric available to cover such a furniture project. *Quick to ship from a pet and smoke-free home.
