this is not uranium glass. rhinestones fluoresce. as does glue that holds them, as does crystal and other things. thesexare not uranium and the texture on the back dates this to a more modern era

@rockinqueen thats a rhinestone. Rhinestones can be made from glass containing the heavy metals that cause fluorescence. It was actually fairly common in costume jewelry in the early 20th century. However, acrylics and other materials can also glow, especially under 365nm UV light. Some clear rhinestones will appear to fluoresce due to reflective backing or adhesives around the setting, too.
