@rljkliza Hi there! So flat measurements are:
16 inches across the chest
13.5 inches across the waist (there is a zipper inside or you can tie it as tight or loose as you want with the tie at the front)
just over 29 inches from top to bottom
and the sleeves are 22 inches long
