Floral bell sleeve blouse

Beautiful floral blouse with lace neckline and lace bottom. Sheer. Background color is navy. Sleeves are full length and wide at the bottom. Has NO stretch. Sleeves are approximately 23” long from shoulder. They are about 7” wide in the middle. The shirt is about 19” from pit to pit laying flat. No flaws!
