Floral belted dress

Bought at kohl’s. It originally had tulle underneath that I immediately cut out but I posted a close up of the lining hem and you can’t really tell. The dress is fully lined. It’s a fit and flare style with purple/teal/yellow/white floral print. Hits mid thigh on me at 5’4”
