Floral black maxi skirt

Never worn. Very soft to the touch. This skirt has two layers. The under layer is soft, solid black satin. The exterior layer is a see through floral and black chiffon. The elastic waist band can expand and contract to fit most sizes. Would make a great witch skirt for a costume, day skirt or evening skirt. Very versatile.
