Floral blouse

Floral Pattern blouse with multi colors throughout. Ties at cut V neckline. Hi-Lo accent at the bottom. Elastic cinching at the sleeve line to keep them either up as a 3/4 sleeve or all the way down. Soft material does not cling. Mandarin like collar line.
