Floral blouse

Never wore it. I bought it for a trip, but the package didn’t arrive in time. I forgot to return it, then though I would wear but never did and it’s winter again! It’s a size S, but seems a bit bigger. I would say it’s more like a 6ish, even though the tag says it’s an S. Maybe it’s supposed to fit loose vs right.
