Floral blouse with small v-neck in back

Floral blouse with small v-neck in back (I think it’s WHBM or The Loft but I can’t remember for sure). Has nice full sleeves with elastic at wrist. Has darts at breast. 23” length. 21” armpit to armpit. Has good stretch (spandex).
