Floral blue Kate Spade drop waist dress

This is a sweet drop waist dress with a vibrant blue floral pattern! This dress is incredibly flattering. It’s a Kate Spade size 10- true to size. It is super lightweight and unlined. Edit: in the picture of the full dress it has a small water mark from the steamer I was using to de-wrinkle right before taking the photo.
