Flouncy pink rose print on semi-sheer black chiffon with vertical metallic flecks. Off the shoulder with billowy, puffy sleeves adorned with a tie bot at the top and elasticized wrists. Dress body is lined, sleeves are not. Hem of dress has an 8" gathered ruffle and adjustable bra straps.
