I wore this dress once for my engagement photos. It is the CUTEST dress and I love it but I don’t have anywhere to wear it again. You can either wear the sleeves down to make it more strapless or you can pull them up and wear them more like sleeves. It is fitted on the top is padding in the bust and boning along the ribcage area like a corset.
