Floral cotton A-line/flair skirt

Beautiful floral patterned skirt of grey/taupe, 2 shades of pink, and white and black. 97% Cotton with elastic waistband. See pics for measurements. Sadly I don’t remember my daughter ever even wearing this so I think is new, but no tags.
