Floral dress

Perfect dress with liner. Falls about to knee—dark blue fabric falls longer than floral piece. Chiffon material, coral and blue with floral pattern. Bar III. Adorable with boots and a cardigan for fall and certainly throughout spring and summer with sandals. There is some fraying, as shown in the photo. The straps are adjustable.
