Floral dress

Red floral dress from Express. Looks like a wrap dress but it’s just the design. Ruffles in front. Adjustable straps. Elastic waist for a perfect fit. Smooth material. There is a hook closure just above the chest which is shown hooked into pictures. It can be undone for a looser fit for bigger chests or for a less modest look. I wore it both ways. In great condition. I also have this dress in black size small.
