Floral dress NWOT

This is a floral dress colors are blue and green with a white background. It’s giving a very feminine, soft vibe. Perfect for church or going on picnic dates on a warm spring day. This dress is an excellent condition, it’s practically new without tags! Approximate measurements flat lay: Bust: 17” - 18” Length: 45 1/2” I bought this dress recently, tried it on once, and it’s too small for me. It’s completely brand new without tags. BTW, the zipper works perfectly fine.
