Floral dress by DownEast. V-neck, collar, vintage look

Cute floral dress by Downeast. Size small. V-Neck and small collar. Gathered waist and flowy skirt. Has a fun vintage look and feel. Fully lined. Has pockets! Very gently used condition, but the belt is missing. You could use a blue ribbon, leather belt or even just cut off the loops. Comfortable and would be cute for a teacher.
