Floral dress with asymmetrical hem

I found this dress in my closet and I’ve never worn it and it has no tags or sizing, if you’d like any kind of measurements I’ll do my best to accommodate you. I believe it’s an XL (16/18) and it has looping for a corset bust but there aren’t any attachment strings. The sleeves tie at the shoulder so they’re adjustable Bust - 21” Length - 50” Sleeve length - 16”
