Floral dress with integral belt

Christopher Deane dress for Anthropologie. Neutral floral design, boat neck, pretty short flutter sleeves. Integral tie belt is attached at either side seam, so you can cinch in front or in back. Rayon, but feels & looks like silk. Very flattering.
