Floral fit and flare dress

Bought from a local boutique, no tags Super cute floral dress with neon yellow see-through lace back. Not sure brand or size so I took measurements for reference Waist line 12.5” across From waist line to bottom of dress is roughly 17.5”. I am 6’ and it is mid thigh.
