Floral fit and flare flutter sleeve empire waist dress

Super pretty floral fit and flare dress with empire waist and button down bodice. V neck neckline and flutter cap sleeves. Skirt falls above knee. Material is opaque and skirt and top are both lined. Looks great with tights/leggings, chunky cardigan, and some knee high boots and transitions into spring/summer with a pair of sandals. I would keep this dress but it is too tight for me across the bust which creates gaps between the buttons. I am a 32 D/34 C, so this dress is recommended for less busty gals. In excellent condition. No known flaws, rips, or stains.
