Floral halter top

Very lightweight and sexy floral top. Top and middle of back have tie closures- this means it will fit up to a size large. This shirt has a peplum-esque hemline but it's super flowy. Wore this to happy hour and got alot of compliments. Worn once. No smoking or pets.
