Floral high waisted mini skirt with pockets!

Purchased at H&M, this is one of the best skirts I've ever worn, but I hardly ever have a place to wear mini skirts anymore. So cute and can be worn with crop top or solid top tucked in. Buttons all the way up in front with pockets. 100% cotton with a soft but structured look/feel. Says it's a size 32 but I have a pretty small waist so think it must be equivalent to a 0-2.
