From Rachel & Chloe. This is a very cute party skirt. I had to sew part of the waistband, but it is not noticed on the outside when worn. The waist band stretches so it could fit a range of sizes. Still has a few parties left in it I think. Let me know if you have any questions!

@msmoske I posted another picture so you can see it next to measuring tape - I'd say about 15 inches. I'm 5'4 and it hits above my knee, if that helps. Let me know if you have any other questions!
