Floral maxi dress with waist tie, size L

Floral maxi dress with waist tie, size L. Purchased from Amazon. Worn little. Only flaw is the waist is missing one of the tiny loops that holds the waist tie. It does not affect wear of the dress. Appears black in pictures but is a really dark blue.
