Floral maxi skirt

Looks expensive, but there’s no tag so I believe it’s handmade! Not sure if it’s truly vintage bc there’s no tag. It’s a fairly heavy skirt with a beautiful floral print and gold accents. Fabric has no stretch but waist has elastic. I feel like these colors would work for any time of year. Love, just bought impulsively and never wear bc I’m so short. Waist: 11.5” unstretched Length: 38.5”
