Floral mini dress with cinched sleeves

Very cute mini dress bought from Hazel and Olive in 2019. Tag says size large, but fits more like a medium petite. New without tags, never worn or washed! Floral print has navy, blue, tan, and black colors and rest against a pale pink background. Length measures about 32 inches from the highest shoulder point to the bottom, waist measures across at 15 inches.
