Floral navy cardigan or shrug with tie front Adorable piece with little white flowers on navy background. Can be tied in the front or left open. Fabric is thin & lightweight, but not super breathable so it does add some warmth. No brand label, but based on the tags I'm guessing it's from Walmart. Fits like a small. Perfect for layering during nicer weather!
