Floral off the shoulder summer blouse

Size medium blouse. Red with floral design. Elastic to go off the shoulder with string ties. I would wear the bottom tucked in. No flaws to note. Measurements when flat: Pit to pit: 17.5 in Drape (with elastic band): 7.5 in Elastic band: unstretched 17.5 in, stretched reasonably to 21 in Length from elastic band to hem: 20.5 in Tie strings: 20.5 in (two each side) Width at hem: 22.5 in (flares a little)
