Floral pants

Bought these a while back from Charlotte Russe, but they were too small for me when I purchased them so they have been hanging in my closet ever since. Tag says size small, but they fit more like an extra-small. They are black pants with navy, teal, brown/tan, and white flowers all over. Chiffon material. Tight at the ankle.
