Floral pattern skirt

Double layer floral pattern skirt. Made up of polyester. Inner layer has one little tiny stain. Still wearable and stylish. Waist is 20.5 in, but the rubber band waist material allows it to be stretchable beyond its normal size. Length is 29.5 in.
