Floral peplum style blouse

Floaty chiffon type fabric. Ruffle detail around the V neck. Stretch waist. Had a tear at the seam that has been repaired (last pic). Recommend hand washing, as throwing it in the wash is what caused the tear in the first place. I'm also on Vinted:j.dead
