Floral print maxi dress

Floral print flowy maxi dress with button up and tie tassel detail and elastic smocked waist. No size tag but it fits me like a small or small/medium. Pit to pit is about 18”, waist 13.5” unstretched (stretches to about 21” across). No fabric tag but feels light and cool like rayon. Very comfortable and forgiving to wear! Mint green with dark green, pink, yellow floral pattern. Stock images are of very similar print dresses to show styling and approximate styled fit.
