Floral print ruffle hem romper

This material is light and super stretchy, plus it’s super airy and good for heat. it has elastic on the waistband, neckline, and sleeves. You can either wear it as a halter neck or with the extra straps, and although I haven’t tried it, I believe you could wear it strapless. The halter straps are untie-able so you can adjust it.
